О MIWE

MIWE was founded in 1919 by Michael Wenz in the Franconian city of Arnstein and produces baking technology for the global market at two locations in Germany. The company is well-known worldwide for its competence and experience in the areas of climate[1]controlled baking process stages (baking, refrigerating, proofing, freezing), automation technology, realisation of energy-efficient bakeries and plant construction. As the inventor of in-store baking (at that time publicised as “sight and scent” baking), MIWE revolutionised the baked goods market from the 1970s onwards.
